For nearly a decade, Jason Dykstra has been working with individuals and groups, assisting them to unleash their potential.  He primarily works with organizations, churches, and families as they turn conflict situations into creative solutions.  As an international speaker and trainer, Jason specializes in relational and communication matters and uses his experience in facilitation, mediation, coaching, and training to aid individuals and groups in their respective journeys.  Jason brings with him an extensive background in the social profits (not-for-profits) world.

Jason is a life-long learner and recently finished his Master of Arts in Leadership through Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia.  He is an accredited mediator (Acc. F.M.) and a member in good standing with HRPA, ACR, and OAFM.  Additionally, he currently serves as a Director for the Board of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario.  He has a B.A. with a double major in English and Psychology and an Advance Certificate in Conflict Management and Mediation.

After running his own business for 6 years, Jason joined forces with three brilliant minds to form the organization L3 Group where he currently serves as the VP of Engagement.  Jason also works as an independent mediator with Axis Family Mediation.

What People Are Saying

While he has extensive experience helping people better understand themselves and their interactions with others, his real gift is in his ability to help heal relationships, restore order and enhance communication between individuals. This is a talent that is in short order in today’s world but is also the answer to many of the problems we face.
